With over 20 years of Human Resource experiences and most recently as the Head of Human Resources who oversees 14 properties nationwide, I know a few things about stress and anxiety.

Anxiety, confusion, fears, worry, doubt… those were the feelings I had when I hit rock bottom. My stress and anxiety affected me emotionally, mentally, and physically. I was drained by the end of my workday.
When I finally made it home from work, all I wanted to do was hibernate because I needed to recharge and recover my energy for the next day because every day was a replay of the day before. I struggled with my focus and severe headaches. I was a total mess, but I was really good at hiding it from everyone.
I wanted to have total control over my life until I realized that I had lost control a long time ago and that’s when I said enough is enough and I started working on myself and it became a 3-year self-discovery journey which included self-help books, workshops, mindfulness, mediation, and energy healing, acupuncture, and reiki but it wasn’t until I hired a coach until it all came together.
And that is when I knew that I wanted to help become a Life Empowerment Coach to help women like you. I love to empower exhausted businesswomen step into inner peace, balance and reconnect with their authentic self to live a meaningful, successful, and joyful life!
My coaching framework is based on the Energy Leadership methodology which focuses on the root (or “core”) of a challenge and shifts the underlying energy that feeds our thoughts, emotions, words, actions and, ultimately leading to a well-balanced lifestyle. I use a holistic approach that brings clarity, alignment, and balance to my clients.
I’m a mom of two adult sons, a caregiver to her parents, and a lover of learning, reading, and traveling.
